
How to Make Self Raising FlourIn most supermarkets, you can buy pain flour or self raising flour but if you are in a foreign place, self raising flour might not be readily available. The quick and easy way is to convert plain flour into self raising flour by adding two teaspoons of baking powder into each cup of plain flour. Alternately, you can add one teaspoon of cream of tartar and half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda to one cup of plain flour.
